Altruistic Consigliere Services – Private Membership Agreement
“TERMS OF SERVICE”
For $25.00 per year, your Private Membership with Altruistic Consigliere Services allows you access to the My Home Advisor; L.L.C. Private Party Porgrams and other Private Membership Associations that you may not have been aware of, or had access to in the Okanomy.
Acute Fee For Care (AFFC) Services.
My Home Advisor; L.L.C. is a Private Party Program to which ACS provides you, the Private Member, a means to access. Their MyHomeAdvisor provides Acute Fee For Care (AFFC) for acute low acuity services who, for an acute fee, will be will be accessible to for immediate telephone triage, scheduled online consultation and or in-home concierge services within North Central Washington State.
In exchange for annual membership, Altruistic Consigliere Services agrees to provide you access to the MyHomeAdvisor services described in the terms and conditions contained within the 2-party, private membership agreement Acute Fee For Care contract.
There are other as needed services and programs available to our private membership not discussed or outlined herein.
Chronic Retainer For Care (CRFC) Program.
As an Altruistic Consigliere Services Private Member, you may also consider enrollment in the My Home Advisor; L.L.C. Chronic Retainer For Care (CRFC) Program. In that program, your annual Altruistic Consigliere Services membership fee of $25.00 will be waived. Instead, you will contract with the MyHomeAdvisor for a set quantity of contractual visits based upon your individual need and complexity.
Your MyHomeAdvisor will be accessible to you 24 hours a day / 7 days a week – 365 days per year for telephone triage, online consultation and in-home concierge services within North Central Washington State.
